In celebration of International Youth Day 2023, CCNN partnered with GET Nepal to support the Youth Outdoors Fest 2023, themed “Green Skills for Youth: Towards a Sustainable World.” CCNN’s key contribution was in supporting cycling-centered activities, particularly the ‘Reliving Bahals on Wheels’ ride — a creative, cultural cycling event that guided participants through Kathmandu’s historic bahals (courtyards).
The event featured a treasure hunt, cycle slow race, storytelling sessions, wall climbing, youth marathon, and futsal (requiring mixed-gender participation), connecting youth with heritage, sustainability, and cycling culture..
