About the Parade
To mark both World Bicycle Day (June 3) and World Environment Day (June 5), CCNN organized a dual-purpose bicycle event under the global campaign slogan “Only One Earth.” This collaborative effort with NCELL Axiata Ltd. aimed to raise awareness about sustainable transport, promote cycling, and encourage harmony with nature.
The event featured two themed rides — “Save Soil” and “Only One Earth” with nearly 100 NCELL employees and their families participating. Marshals from CCNN, supported by Nepal Ambulance Service, ensured safety throughout the 6 KM route through central Kathmandu.
